Believe it or not, this was also the name of a diet which was introduced many years ago. Wouldn’t this be the dream for everyone, not just people trying to lose weight? It is similar to Paleo, but you avoid carbs entirely. There was also the caveat where you had to consume your meals with vegetable oil. Lets just say it didn’t pan out, and that people did not have to much success with this diet plan.
