His entire premise for war was based on Saddam Hussein’s posed weapons of mass destruction. The President ignore conflicting evidence undermining his entire presidency, as well as the US Intelligence agencies who were supposedly involved in the process.
It seems the President made mistake after mistake, but issues around Hussein and Bin Laden, seem to linger, as they are so recent in US history and in the public’s memory. Further, the fact that he had inside information on threats, and seemed to brush them aside, sits even worst with the US public who is still hurt by these attacks on US soil. Regardless of how you feel he did in office, or which mistakes were the worst, these are some which are remembered not only by the US, but by countries and allies from around the world.
