Do you enjoy looking at the stars on clear evenings? If so, the NYC skyline is devoid of them. Due to the bright lights, the pollution in the air, and all of the buildings and bright lights that are on 24/7, there is a chance that you will never see stars in the sky.

While there is a chance you might run into a celebrity-type star, you won’t do a lot of sky stargazing when you move to NYC. If you love the country and are used to a small town kind of lifestyle, you should think twice about moving to New York City as you won’t get that small town, rural vibe or feel in the Big Apple.
