10 Most Common Utah Stereotypes

They are Cheap

Residents of Utah earn approximately $10,000 more than the United States national average, but is also noted that people who are from Utah have also earned the stereotype of being cheap. They do not like to spend money, are not going to spend it where they do not have to.

If there is a way to find a better deal on a necessity, you can believe they are going to exhaust every possible avenue in order to save on the purchase they have to make. To be fair, this stereotype can be referred to as a tendency to be frugal and fiscally responsible, which might explain why the population tends to live better than those in other states.
