The state of Ohio sits in the Midwest; however it is one of the easiest states to travel through. From Ohio you can drive to the eastern states of New York and New England. Ohio is also a five hour jaunt away from Canada. For this reason, Ohio is a state with a lot of travelers. Luckily, Ohio is also a state with low priced fuel.
Gas in Ohio is under the national average, therefore filling up is cheaper than normal. With gas for $2 and under in several spots, road trips through Ohio leave plenty of money for the destination.
