The White House
With so many famous and important people living in the White House over the years it makes sense that some spirits would decide to linger. Visitors, staff, and presidential families have all reported seeing ghosts in the home at different points in time. The various rooms in the White House are popular locations for sightings.
Several well-known politicians and their family members from the past are said to haunt the White House. Abigail Adams and Abraham Lincoln have been spotted, as have a number of other prior presidents. In addition, some people have seen children playing in certain hallways. Others report strange sounds, lights turning on and off by themselves, and furniture moving when no one is near it.
