Justin Biebers Top Homes

His First Home Purchase

At the ripe age of eighteen, Justin purchased a home in Calabasas for a reported $6.5 million. The Calabasas homes featured a huge guest house and garage as well as an impressively sized swimming pool. This home provided him with neighbors that included the Kardashians and boasted a sprawling 10,000 square feet in addition to 1.3 acres worth of land.

This purchase is said to have taken the Bieb’s quite a while to settle on. This property was previously owned by the ex-wife of comic and Saturday Night Live alumnus, Eddie Murphy. The home was already spectacular at the time of purchase, but Justin made the decision to outfit it with the lasts in home based technology. This home was eventually sold to Khloe Kardashian for a comfortable profit for the young artist and songwriter.

Most notable about the home is the fact that it was purchased during the time that Justin exuded puppy love in regards to the Disney darling known as Selena Gomez. During the mist of their final breakup is when the home was officially placed onto the market.
