It is at the western region of the state. It has a lower presence of staffed law enforcers as compared to other cities. Nevertheless, it has very high registered sex offences per capita with very prevalent and active drug trafficking.
The mayor has ignored requests by the council men to improve law enforcement. Moreover, there are no efforts to fight the increasing drug trafficking in the town. These two factors have made this town a good breeding ground for goons who are terrorizing people every day and night.
